Apartment sizing:

Studio: 497 Sq. Ft.
1-Bedroom: 701 Sq. Ft.
1-Bedroom + Den: 977 Sq. Ft.
2-Bedroom: Floor plan options from 912, 966, 972, 1017, 1032, 1173 and 1178 Sq. Ft.
3-Bedroom: Floor plan options from 1454, 1487, and 1494 Sq. Ft.

When will Belterra open?

Belterra is set to open in early 2027 with pre-leasing beginning soon! To stay informed on leasing updates, please join our VIP list.

Is Belterra pet-friendly?

Yes! Belterra welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment home. Dogs and cats are welcome (breed restrictions apply for dogs). Belterra also features a variety of pet friendly amenities, including a dog run, dog spa, and walking trails nearby.

Maximum: 2 pets per home
Pet deposit: $300 refundable per pet
Pet fee: $200 one-time fee per pet
Pet rent: $50/month per pet
Pet Screening: $30/year per pet
