Floor Plans

Pricing reflects base rent only. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer, and trash are paid directly to Belterra. Electricity and gas are paid to the utility providers, with gas availability in select units only. Additional monthly fees include a $60 internet fee and a $4.25 utility billing fee.

Required one-time fees include a $50 application fee per adult, a $150 administrative fee due at application, and a standard security deposit of $500 or one month's rent. The income requirement for Belterra's market-rate units is 3x the rent.

Residents are required to pay a $7/month fee for renters insurance and are automatically enrolled in the property's master renters insurance policy. This policy covers property damage only and does not cover residents' personal belongings. Residents are encouraged to obtain additional personal insurance coverage, but it is not required.
