The Boulevard will bring over 800 apartment homes, 100,000+ sq. ft. of retail, 230,000+ sq. ft. of business space, and 13 acres of public park space to Plymouth. Belterra will be the first residential phase, with Summit Orthopedics and Coborn's Market & Table now open.
