Floor Plans

Belterra offers a mix of market-rate and income restricted apartment homes. Income-restricted homes are available to qualifying households earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Explore the floor plans below, or visit our affordable housing page to learn more about eligibility and current availability. Prices reflect a 12-month lease. Market rate residents are responsible for all utilities, including a $60/month internet fee. Electric, water, sewer, trash, and gas are billed separately and vary based on usage. Water, sewer, and trash is included in rent for income restricted apartment homes.

Fixed Costs

Residents are automatically enrolled in the property’s master renters insurance policy. This policy covers property damage only and does not cover residents’ personal belongings. Residents are encouraged to obtain additional personal insurance coverage, but it is not required.
